Hip Hop

James Polo brings his craft to Empowered Body to students from age 9 to Adult in the Hip Hop form of dance.  Having danced since the age of 12 with Energy Dance Company,  James has assembled Competition Teams who have placed at the Championship level. He continues to instruct students in his passion of Hip hop throughout the area, and Empowered Body  is hosting his classes only.
